spot on...unfortunately. i had a dream last night i ate way too much all the time and got really fat. that definitely qualifies as a nightmare.
i've gained 10 pounds this month, so it's a little scary. have to say, it's been an enjoyable 10 pounds.thank god i'm not doing cyclocross.
that makes feel better. i gained 10 pounds but its been over 2 months. i gained a bit more than that but i lost it again when i noticed i was a little heavier than necessary.
Only bad thing on the graph is your training peak is at the racing peak... instead of tapering before the racing peak. Otherwise, I think that is how it should be!
